JCR Pharma Consultants take this burden off of your hands - After discussions with both you and the clients we represent, they will be able to identify and suggest the clients that they believe best fit your skill set and desires. If you agree with our consultants ideas, all we need from you is some availability for interview times. Once, we have this your work is done. JCR Pharma Consultants will then liaise with our clients and make sure the interview process fits around your schedule and arrange everything on your behalf.

Interviewing for your dream role is a daunting thing. How should I dress? Is the interviewer going to be more informal? What should I ask? What should I not ask? All these questions race through our heads when accepting an interview. JCR Pharma Consultants will help eradicate these thoughts so you can focus on the interview. Our consultants will arrange coaching calls with you the day before your interview, we will break down the structure of the interview, who you'll be meeting, the type of interview to expect, what you should focus on, potentially what you should avoid. During a coaching call we want you to be as honest as you can, no question is a silly question, anything you want to know our consultants will be able to help you. After your interview the coaching doesn't stop there! Our consultants will spend time with you to debrief on the interview, what went well, what you loved, what you're concerned about. Our consultants will use this information to debrief with our clients (always making sure to sing your praises) because sometimes your concerns may not have been translated perfectly to you by the interviewer - after all we're all human!

Unfortunately you're stuck with us! At JCR Pharma our consultants really take an interest and emotional investment into our candidates. As a result, once you land your dream job they find it hard to simply cut all ties with you. JCR Pharma Consultants will want to stay in touch - How did the first day go? How did the first month go?
