Screening Process
During our first meeting with your business JCR Pharma Consultants will use this time finding what exactly you're looking for, whether that be in regards to a candidate's background or personality. We are representing you in the market so we want to make sure that when we screen candidates we can fundamentally say at the end of a call 'This candidate is perfect' or 'This candidate is not suitable'. At your request we will show you exactly what we will be asking candidates and why we think they are suitable for your business based on their answers
Your Information
Your brand, your information, your name! All of these things are what makes you great and a market leader, we know this and this is why our consultants take the screening process so seriously. Before you begin the screening process with any candidate we will not disclose anything about your business, this will only happen once a candidate is deemed suitable. Your time is important, we do not want to be wasting your time with any mediocre candidates. No data regarding the position or your company will be disclosed if our consultants deem the candidate not suitable.
Experts in your Field
JCR Pharma pride themselves in being experts in their fields. It would be very easy for us to train our consultants in 'Life Science' or 'Pharmaceuticals' and hope with time they develop the skills to hold a conversation with professionals in this field. At JCR Pharma we don't want to be that type of business, our consultants have been trained in specific fields within the life science industry. Whether that be, Biostatisticians and Statistical Programmers, Clinical Trials or Clinical Data Management.
Post Care
At JCR Pharma we do not like the idea of 'Clients, Candidates and Recruiters' - Yes we, unfortunately, have to use the terms, but the way we see it, we're all partners. As a result, once we help you fill a necessary hire, we will not simply run away and count our fee! We have invested our time into your business and want to see it succeed, both today and in the future. Unfortunately you are stuck with us, we will want to make sure we have found you the correct hire and what we could potential do for you in the future? We're human here at JCR Pharma, as much as we would like to think so, we are not perfect, there is always something we can improve on. As our partner we want you to tell us!
